Holaluz-Clidom, S.A. announces that the presentation of its Financial Year 2023 results and 2024 performance year-to-date scheduled for Friday, 3 May 2024, at 10.30 am (CET), will now be rescheduled to Thursday, 9 May 2024, at 12:00 (CET).

This is due to ongoing proceduresthat our auditors are currently completing before we can publish the auditor's report and full Management Reports. We anticipate these to be published within the next few days.
