Hokkaido Chuo Bus Co., Ltd. (SPSE:9085) announces an share repurchase program. Under the program the company will repurchase 30,000 shares, representing 1.03% of the outstanding shares for ¥150 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy. The program will run until April 28, 2021. As of November 12, 2020, the company had 2,898,785 shares outstanding and 247,215 shares in treasury.
