HNA Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600751) signed Equity Exchange Agreement to acquire Beijing Yanjing Hotel from Hainan Haichuang Baichuan Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. on December 4, 2020. Under the terms of transactions, HNA Technology Co., Ltd. will swap 100% of the equity of Tianjin Zhiru Technology Development Co., Ltd. held by the company with 100% of Beijing Yanjing Hotel Co., Ltd. held by Hainan Haichuang Baichuan Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. After the replacement, the company will hold 100% equity of Beijing Yanjing Hotel Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Zhiru Technology Development Co., Ltd. will no longer be a subsidiary of the company. Beijing Yanjing Hotel reported Total revenues of CNY 0.01 million, total assets of CNY 0.1 million, net loss of 0.01 million and total common equity of CNY 0.1 million for the year ending December 31, 2019.
