Hing Ming Holdings Limited Appoints Yeung Chi Fai as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Hing Ming Holdings Limited announced that Yeung Chi Fai has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from March 5, 2021. The board also announced that with effect from March 5, 2021, Yeung has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee of the board, a member of the audit committee of the board and a member of the nomination committee of the board.
