Hills Holdings Limited (ASX:HIL) is pleased to announce that existing board member, Mr Matthew Campbell, has agreed to take up a fixed term executive role within the Group as Executive Director, Hills Home & Hardware, effective immediately. Mr Campbell will be responsible for the Hills Home Products and Bailey ladder businesses.
Hills Holdings Managing Director, Mr Ted Pretty, said Mr Campbell would play a key role within the Company's executive team as the Group continued to progress its restructuring initiatives outlined in November at the annual meeting.
"The availability to our management team of Mr Campbell's extensive and successful background in supply chain management and offshore product sourcing is particularly welcome at such a critical time in our current operations and planning for the future within the Hills Holdings Group," Mr Pretty said.

Mr Campbell joined the Hills Holdings board in December 2011 in a non-executive capacity with more than 30 years of experience across leading publicly-listed and private retailers and wholesalers in Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Pretty said Mr Campbell would remain a director of Hills Holdings but would retire immediately from the audit committee as a result of his appointment to an executive role.
