Board Composition and Office Holder Update

High Peak Royalties Limited (ASX: HPR) (Company) wishes to advise the appointment of Mr David Croll as the Interim Chairman of High Peak Royalties. Mr Croll was appointed as the Interim Chairman by fellow Board members Mr Anthony Wooles and James Knowles unanimously, following the retirement of Messrs King and Carroll from the Board.

Retirement of Messrs King and Carroll

As previously advised to the ASX, Messrs Geoffrey King and Andrew Carroll were to retire and resign as at the opening of the 2021 Annual General Meeting held on 30 November 2021. An Appendix 3Z for their respective retirements is annexed to this announcement.

The Board wishes to again thank Messrs King and Carroll for their significant contributions and input into the development of High Peak Royalties, and for their various efforts and achievements contributed to HPR's portfolio of assets.
