Hiap Seng Engineering Ltd. announced the resignation of Ms. Low Siew Tian as a Joint Company Secretary with effect from 1 December 2015. Ms. Lee Pay Lee has been appointed as a Joint Company Secretary with effect from 1 December 2015 in place of Ms. Low Siew Tian. Ms. Lee Pay Lee shall act jointly and severally with Mr. Tan Hak Jin as Joint Company Secretaries.
