Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers On January 3, 2020, in connection with Laura C. Fulton's resignation from her position as the Chief Financial Officer (Principal Financial Officer) of Hi-Crush Inc. (the "Company"), as previously reported on the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 6, 2019, Ms. Fulton entered into a Separation and Release Agreement with Hi-Crush Services LLC and the Company (the "Separation Agreement"). Pursuant to the Separation Agreement, 58,676 restricted stock units and 41,324 performance share units previously granted to Ms. Fulton pursuant to the Hi-Crush Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan were accelerated. Under the Separation Agreement, Ms. Fulton provided a comprehensive release of claims in favor of the Company and its affiliates.
