Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd. reported standalone unaudited earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013. For the quarter, the company reported net sales/income from operation of INR 5,813.204 million against INR 1,394.450 million a year ago. Profit from operation before other income, finance costs and exceptional items was INR 619.304 million against INR 199.648 million a year ago. Profit from ordinary activities before tax was INR 554.808 million against INR 134.693 million a year ago. Net profit was INR 554.808 million or INR 0.44 per basic and diluted share after extraordinary items against INR 134.693 million or INR 0.10 per basic and diluted share after extraordinary items a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported net sales/income from operation of INR 13,436.779 million against INR 3,801.208 million a year ago. Profit from operation before other income, finance costs and exceptional items was INR 1,386.902 million against INR 478.574 million a year ago. Profit from ordinary activities before tax was INR 1,209.271 million against INR 402.765 million a year ago.
