Groupe SAMSE SA signed a protocol agreement to acquire nine agencies in France from VM Matériaux (ENXTPA:VMMA) on January 7, 2013. For the year ending December 31, 2012, nine agencies had revenue of €29 million. Post acquisition, the agencies will be operated under the brand M+ Matériaux.
The deal is subject to consultation of the authorities and is expected to complete in February, 2013.
