SUSPENSION OF TRADING OF SHARES

At the request of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, trading in the shares of Hengan International Group Company Limited (the "Company") on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited was halted with effect from 10:47 a.m. on 12 December 2018 and subsequently suspended at the request of the Company pending the release of an inside information announcement in response to information contained in certain research report on the Company.
