In view of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of "HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings Société Anonyme" and the election of the new Board of Directors of the aforementioned company, we inform you that the Greek State, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 2(a), 4 and 11 of article 20 of the Articles of Association of "HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings Société Anonyme", wishes to appoint as members to the Board of Directors the following:

1. Spilios Livanos
2. Alexandros Metaxas and
3. Anna Rokofyllou

The curricula vitae and the other material that have already been provided to you demonstrate the fulfillment of the suitability criteria of the above persons in accordance with the Suitability Policy of "HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings Société Anonyme".

We request the positive proposal of your Committee as well as the posting of the relevant information by the Board of Directors on the website of the company in accordance with the provisions of the Suitability Policy and paragraph 4 of article 20 of the Articles of Association of "HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings Société Anonyme".
