Hellenic Dynamics Plc announced that Sir Anthony Joliffe, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has stepped down from the Board of Directors with immediate effect due to age. The Company has already begun the process of finding a suitable replacement non-executive chairman.

Hellenic Dynamics Plc is a United Kingdom-based cultivator and supplier of finished pharmaceutical standard medical cannabis products. The Company is involved in the cultivation, production and export of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) dominant strains of dried medical cannabis flowers and flower extracts to the medical cannabis markets across Europe. The Company develops and operates approximately 40,000 square meter active cultivation license from its 195,506 square meter facility located near Thessaloniki in Northern Greece. The Company is capable of producing over 54,000 kilograms (kg) of dried flowers per annum.
