Insider information: Heeros sharpens strategy execution and invites its personnel to cooperation negotiations

Heeros invites its personnel to cooperation negotiations 15 May 2023 and aims to sharpen strategy execution and to strengthen cashflow during the year 2023.

In co-operation negotiations the measures aimed at adapting company’s activities in challenging market situations and focus on strategy execution as well as the need to reduce personnel related to these is discussed.

According to preliminary estimate the negotiations concern the dismissal of less than ten employees. Co-operation negotiations concern Heeros Plc and Taimer Ltd personnel, 91 persons in total.

Heeros repeats its financial outlook for 2023 published on February 1, 2023: Heeros estimates that its combined EBITDA margin (EBITDA, % of revenue) and revenue growth percentage (Rule of 40) will be at the level of 30% during the 2023 financial period.
