HAVAS MEDIA FRANCE ADDS TO ITS SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM RAPHAEL DE ANDREIS APPOINTED CEO ALONGSIDE CHAIRMAN DOMINIQUE DELPORT

Following the recent simplification of its global network, a move very well received by the market, and the success of its global rebranding, Havas Media Group today announces a new senior management appointment at its Havas Media France agency, the market leader in France. Dominique Delport, currently Chairman and CEO of Havas Media France and recently promoted to the position of Global Managing Director of Havas Media, will be joined by Raphaël de Andréis as Chief Executive Officer of Havas Media France.
This latest appointment brings additional strength to the agency's senior management that will be a further boost to Havas Media's rapid growth and capacity for innovation. France's top media agency, employing over 1,000 people, successfully adopted the integrated digital model in 2008, and has diversified widely ever since, most recently in March, when it added to its data offering with the creation of Data Analytics "2MV" (Media Marketing Value).

Over a year with Canal+ as Deputy CEO of Publishing in charge of the channel's pay-TV activities has given him a grasp of media content and issues that is second to none, and his expertise, modern outlook and enthusiasm will be invaluable".
Raphaël de Andréis, the agency's new CEO, will also be working on the strategic integration of Havas Media's Content and Experiential unit, consisting of a total of 250 people working at Havas Productions* and Havas Sports & Entertainment**. This integrated "digital & content-at- the-core" offering is unique on the European market and a central component of Havas Group strategy.

Raphaël de Andréis will join the Havas Media France teams and take his seat on the Executive
