Hascol Petroleum Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plant of Marshal Gas (Pvt.) Limited from Marshal Gas Limited for approximately PKR 180 million.

Hascol Petroleum Limited (KASE:HASCOL) entered into an agreement to acquire Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plant of Marshal Gas (Pvt.) Limited from Marshal Gas (Private) Limited for approximately PKR 180 million on July 23, 2018. The transaction is subject to certain terms and conditions and any regulatory approval required. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Hascol Petroleum Limited.
