Company Harvest Capital Credit Corporation

Harvest Capital Credit Corporation is an externally managed, closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Company's investment objective is to generate both current income and capital appreciation primarily by making direct investments in the form of senior debt, subordinated debt and to a lesser extent, minority equity investments. The Company seeks to accomplish its investment objective by targeting investments in small to mid-sized United States private companies with annual revenues of less than $100 million and annual EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of less than $15 million. It may also invest in debt and equity securities issued by collateralized loan obligation funds. The Company's investment advisor is HCAP Advisors.
