An unknown buyer agreed to acquire a 16.95% stake in G.U ON Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ : A111820) from Hanchang Corporation (KOSE:A005110) for KRW 2.5 billion on December 31, 2021. Pursuant to transaction, Hanchang will dispose off 5 million shares, representing approximately 16.95% stake in G.U ON Co. Following this transaction, Hanchang will have 24.74% stake in G.U ON Co.
