Infra Engineering Limited received a Letter of Acceptance dated July 10, 2024, from Rail Land Development Authority ("RLDA") for the contract mentioned below: Grant of Lease for Commercial Development on Railway Land at "Abu Road Bungalow no. 102 at Abu Road (NWR)" Measuring 8034.10 Sqm for a period of 60 years. RLDA Reserve Price: INR 144.1 million.

Land Area: 8,034.10 Sqm. HGINFRA Cost: INR 146.5 million. Lease Period: 60 Years.
