Gwarant Agencja Ochrony SA is a Poland-based security agency. In addition to protecting people, property, guarding public buildings, highway construction and mass events, the Company provides such services as cleaning, monitoring, as well as installation of electronic security and closed-circuit television (CCTV). The Company offers its services to both individual and corporate clients including private companies and public sector entities. The Company operates one wholly owned subsidiary, Gwarant-Bis Agencja Ochrony Sp. z o.o. As of October 17, 2012, the Company was 68.09%-owned by Impel Security Polska Sp. z o.o. On November 22, 2012, the Company acquired a 51% stake in Defendair Intelligent Airport Security Sp. z o.o.
