Guangzhou Kaiduo Investment Advisory Center entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 6.59% stake in Guangzhou LBP Medical Technology Co,. Ltd (LBP) from Da An Gene Co Ltd. (SZSE:002030) for CNY 19.3 million on January 13, 2012. Within 10 working days after the signing of the agreement, Guangzhou Kaiduo Investment Advisory Center must deposit 30% to LBP's designated account and the remaining 70% balance will be paid within another agreed upon period. After the transaction, Guangzhou Kaiduo Investment Advisory Center will hold 22.02% stake and Da An Gene Co Ltd will hold 33.31% stake in Guangzhou LBP Medical Technology Co,. Ltd.
