Great Power Energy Changzhou Power Lithium Battery Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 100,000,000 in an equity round of funding on May 22, 2023. The transaction included participation from returning investor Guangzhou Great Power Energy and Technology Co., Ltd. Pursuant to the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 200,000,000 to CNY 300,000,000. The transaction has been approved in the 39th Meeting of the Company’s 4th Directorate.
On same date, the company closed the transaction. The transaction included the participation from Quzhou Great Power’s registered capital will increase from CNY100 million to CNY300 million and Xinsheng Chuangying’s registered capital will increase from CNY10 million to CNY100 million.
Guangzhou Great Power Energy and Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, production and sale of electronic components.
