(1)According to the  resolutions of BoD of 2022/02/25 and of shareholders'
meeting of 2022/06/08, the chairman was authorized to decide the record
date for cash dividend.
(2)The total amount of the outstanding common shares may vary subsequently
 as the result of the conversion of GSD's 1st  Unsecured Convertible Bonds
 in R.O.C. or as the result of repurchase, transfer or cancellation of
treasury shares, which then lead to adjustment on dividend distribution
ratio. It is hereby proposed for full authorization on the Chairman's
decisions to adjust the ratio base on the outstanding common shares, and
shall be separately announced.
(3)Cash dividend distribution date: 2022/07/28
(4)Because of dividend distribution procedure, conversion right suspended
period of GSD's 1st Unsecured Convertible Bonds in R.O.C. will be from
June 16, 2022 to July 11, 2022.
