Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe, S.A.B. Of C.V. announced the appointment of Francisco Zinser Cieslik as Executive Vice Chairman (not a member) of the Board. Francisco Zinser, who until now was CEO of the company, is now designated Executive Vice Chairman (not a member) of the Board and will mainly focus on expansion, development and strategy for the Company, as well as corporate finance and investor relations. The appointment of Francisco Medina Elizalde as CEO of the company.
Francisco Medina, who previously was the deputy CEO, will continue being in charge of the operation of the company. These changes will be effective as of July 20, 2018. Both Francisco Zinser Cieslik and Francisco Medina Elizalde maintain their positions in the executive and operational committees of the Company.
Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe SAB de CV (Krystal Hotels) is a Mexico-based company specialized in the hotel services. The Companyâs activities comprise acquiring, developing and operating urban and beach hotels in Mexico. It operates through its own brands, such as Krystal Resorts, Krystal Grand, Krystal Beach and Krystal Urban, as well as through franchises and licensed brands, including Hilton, Hilton Resorts, Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn. The properties are located in Acapulco, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Cancun, among others. The Company collaborates with Grupo Chartwell, Nexxus Capital and Walton Street Capital.
