Metrovacesa S.A. has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the construction of a residential building consisting of 47 housing units, 51 parking spaces for cars, 10 parking spaces for motorbikes, 47 storage rooms, and commercial premises in Alicante.
The building is divided into 3 basement floors, a ground level floor and 6 floors above ground and a swimming pool on the roof.
