Saying and doing the right thing: our global commitment to ethics

When, for the sixth year in a row, the Ethiphere Institute recognizes us as one of the Most Ethical Companies in the World, we are talking about more than just complying with the applicable legislation of each country in which we operate. We are talking about acting with the conviction to do and say the right thing every day.
At Grupo Bimbo we believe that achieving a high ethical standard requires not only the commitment of all our associates but also depends on the responsibility and participation of the entire value chain, including consumers, associates, investors, customers, suppliers, allies, and society.
We constantly train our associates to raise their awareness on the matter. We have a Global Integrity Policy, which details the general guidelines and parameters to ensure that anti-corruption laws are understood and complied with, and that best practices in terms of integrity are implemented. We have Zero Tolerance for any violation of it.
We have publicly disclosed our Global Agriculture Policy, sharing our vision and commitment to make agricultural systems transparent and sustainable by mapping our supply chains and demanding our suppliers to abide by the best practices.
With these actions, we continue to advance towards our commitment of nourishing a better world.
