Dismissal and appointment of managing persons

Management Board of Grupa Żywiec S.A. ("Company"), informs that on 20 January 2021 the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to dismiss Mr. Francois-Xavier Mahot at his request from the position of the President of the Management Board as of 28 February 2021 and appointed Mr. Simon Amor as his successor in this role effective 1 March 2021.

Mr. Francois-Xavier Mahot joined Grupa Żywiec as the President of the Management Board on 1 January 2019. Under his leadership, the Company continued its value focused strategy with acceleration of growth in premium segment trough Heineken and Desperados brands, completed the integration of the Namysłów Brewery. Recently Francois-Xavier Mahot navigated the company through COVID crisis ensuring safety of the people, continuity of the business, support for suppliers and communities while effectively adjusting the strategy, increasing internal efficiency and building stronger position for the future.

Mr. Simon Amor joined HEINEKEN in 2016 as Director Off Trade and Member of the Management Team HEINEKEN UK. In his latest role as of July 2020 he has been leading HEINEKEN UK Company as the Interim Manging Director trough COVID crisis while navigating business transformation connected with building the future and Brexit change. Before joining HEINEKEN Mr. Amor held several senior leadership positions in Colgate-Palmolive including among others the role of Group Sales Director UK

• Ireland (2014-2016), Sales Director Colgate-Palmolive Australia (2011 - 2014) and European Customer Development Director Colgate-Palmolive Europe (2007 - 2010). Simon Amor graduated from University of Surrey (1991 - 1995).

Mr Simon Amor does not conduct any activities competitive to Grupa Żywiec S.A.
