The Management Board of Grupa DUON S.A. (the "Company") informs that today it obtained an information on registration on 15 January 2016 by the District Court for Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Commercial Department of National Court Register, the increase of share capital by PLN 2,960,515 as a result of the issue of series L and M of Company's shares. The share capital of the Company currently amounts to PLN 115,572,647. It consists of 115,572,647 ordinary shares giving the right to 115,572,674 votes at the General Meeting of the Company.


The Management Board informed of the above mentioned increase of share capital of the Company in current report No. 47/2015 dated 2 November 2015.
The content of the changes in the Articles of Association of the Company and the consolidated text of the Articles of Association are attached to this report.
