The Management Board of Grupa DUON S.A. (hereinafter "the Company") informs that today it has obtained a notification from RIT Capital Partners PLC concerning change in their holding of shares in Grupa DUON S.A. in the following wording:
"Pursuant to article 69.1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (further reffered to as the "Act"), we inform that, as a result of a sale of shares of Grupa DUON S.A. settled on March 7, 2016, the share of RIT Capital Partners PLC, with its seat in London, United Kingdom, in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the public company Grupa DUON S.A. has decreased.
Prior to the change in the abovementioned share, i.e. the sale of shares RIT Capital Partners PLC had held 10,894,797 shares in Grupa DUON S.A., which represented 9.09% of the share capital. Those shares entitled to 10,894,797 votes, which represented 9.09% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Grupa DUON S.A.
After the sale transaction, the RIT Capital Partners PLC company holds 0 shares, which represent 0.00% of the share capital of Grupa DUON S.A. Those shares entitle to 0 votes, which represent 0.00% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Grupa DUON S.A.
RIT Capital Partners PLC neither possesses any subsidiaries which hold shares of Grupa DUON S.A. nor is a party to any agreement on transfer of the right to exercise voting rights, referred to in Article 87.1 point 3 letter c) of the Act."
