GRUPA DUON SA CURRENT REPORT NO 36/2015 DATED 08.09.2015

Content of the report:
The Management Board of Grupa DUON S.A. informs that on 07.09.2015 it has obtained a notification from Navitas CEE Investments Limited concerning change in their holding of shares in Grupa DUON S.A. in the following wording:
'Pursuant to article 69 paragraph 1 point 2) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (further reffered to as the 'Act'), we inform that Navitas CEE Investments Limited company with its seat in Limassol, Cyprus, as a result of issue on 02.09.2015 9,090,909 series N shares of Grupa DUON
S.A. company, with its seat in Wysogotowo, entered in the register of companies kept by the District Court in Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of National Register of Court, under KRS: 0000235405, NIP: 5262857750, REGON: 140118693 (hereinafter 'Grupa DUON S.A.'), under the conditional share capital of Grupa DUON S.A. increase, became a shareholder of the Grupa DUON S.A. holding more than 5% in total number of votes on the General Meeting of shareholders of a public company Grupa DUON S.A.
Please be informed that prior to taking up the above mentioned shares the company Navitas CEE Investments Limited had not held any shares of Grupa DUON S.A.
Currently Navitas CEE Investments Limited holds 9,090,909 shares in the Grupa DUON S.A. company, which accounts for 8.07% of the share capital. Those shares carried 9,090,909 votes, which accounted for 9.67% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of the Grupa DUON S.A. company.'
At the date of notification no subsidiaries of the company holding shares of Grupa DUON S.A.
Moreover, we inform that there are no persons referred to in the Article 87 (1) point 3 letter c of the Act'
According to information provided in current report no. 34/2015 dated 02.09.2015, the Management Board of Grupa DUON S.A. intends to introduce 9,090,909 series N shares to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. At present the series N shares have not yet been introduced to trading on the market.
