Change in shareholding - Galiver Limited

Legal basis: Article 70 point 1 of the Act on Public Offering Content of the report:

The Management Board of Grupa DUON S.A. (hereinafter "the Company") informs that today it has

obtained a notification from RIT Capital Partners PLC concerning change in their holding of shares in Grupa DUON S.A. in the following wording:

"Pursuant to article 69.1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, we inform that, as a result of a sale of shares of Grupa DUON S.A. settled on March 7, 2016, the share of Galiver Limited with its seat in Nicosia, Cyprus, in total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the public company Grupa DUON S.A. has decreased.

Prior to the change in the abovementioned share, i.e. the sale of shares, Galiver Limited held 18,129,193 shares in Grupa DUON S.A., which represented 15.13% of the share capital. Those shares entitled to 18,129,193 votes, which represented 15.13% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Grupa DUON S.A.

After the sale transaction, Galiver Limited holds 0 shares, which represent 0.00% of the share capital of Grupa DUON S.A. Those shares entitle to 0 votes, which represent 0.00% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Grupa DUON S.A.

Galiver Limited neither possesses any subsidiaries which hold shares of Grupa DUON S.A. nor is a party to any agreement on transfer of the right to exercise voting rights, referred to in Article 87.1 point 3 letter c) of the Act."
