Neo Corporation, ESOP, Hideyuki Gonyasu, Director and Vice President of Neo Corporation and 9 other individual shareholders of Neo Corporation agreed to acquire 7% stake of Neo Corporation from gremz, Inc. (JASDAQ:3150) on March 14, 2014. gremz will sell 1300 shares of Neo Corporation as a part of this transaction and will hold 13.8% stake after transaction. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of gremz. The share transfer agreement and expected completion date of the transaction is March 31, 2014.
