Great Portland Estates Plc (LSE:GPE) acquired long leasehold interest at The Courtyard, 1/3 Alfred Place, WC1 from City of London Corporation Pension Fund for £28.6 million on May 23, 2024. GPE will make a net cash payment to CLC of £10.4 million on completion in January 2025.
