Management of Twelve Capital Holdings AG agreed to acquire 30% stake in Twelve Capital Holdings AG from Graubündner Kantonalbank (SWX:GRKP) on May 16, 2024. Through the sale, GKB expects an extraordinary profit of about CHF 4 million (USD 4.42m/EUR 4.08m) in the current year, as well as an insignificant change in the operating result, the cantonal bank.
