Business Summary

Gradiant Corp, formerly Interpark Corp, is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the e-commerce business. The Company operates its business through four segments. The E-commerce Business segment sells products such as fashion, beauty, home decor, and furniture, medical supplies and office supplies through online shopping mall. The E-commerce Related Business segment is engaged in the performance hall operation business, education and training businesses, and rental car businesses. The Bio Health Care Business segment is engaged in the development, research and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. The Holding Business segment is engaged in the provision of support and management activities for subsidiaries and affiliated enterprises.
