AGM Date and Director Nominations

Veritas Investments Limited (NZX:VIL) would like to advise that the company's next Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, the 17th of November 2016, at Regatta Room D, Pullman Hotel, Auckland.

Nominations for directors are now being sought by the company, to be voted on at the Annual General Meeting.

The closing date for nominations is 5:00 p.m. on the 30th September 2016. Director nominations:

• may only be made by shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting;

• must be accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person nominated;

• should contain a brief curriculum vitae of the person nominated; and

• must be received by the company by 5:00 p.m. on the 30th September 2016. Please send all director nominations to:
