Godex International Co., Ltd. (GTSM:4987) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares, representing 4% of its share capital for TWD 556.4 million. The repurchases will be made at a price that is within the range of TWD 46 and TWD 56 per share. The program will expire on March 22, 2017.
