GMM Pfaudler Limited announced that Mr. Günter Bachmann, Non Executive Director representing Pfaudler Inc., Foreign Promoter of the Company, has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company with effect from July 21, 2021, due to personal reasons. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Bachmann ceases to be a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee with effect from July 21, 2021.
GMM Pfaudler Limited is an India-based company that is engaged in manufacturing of corrosion resistant glass-lined equipment used primarily in the chemical, pharmaceutical and allied industries.
