As previously announced, Globis Acquisition Corp. ("Globis") announced a proposed business combination (the "Business Combination") between Globis and Forafric Agro Holdings Limited ("FAHL"). In connection with the Business Combination, Globis and FAHL will hold meetings consisting of a presentation. A copy of the presentation to be used at such events is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
