Globe Telecom, Inc. announced the appointment of Ms. Rosalin E. Palacol as Chief Audit Executive (CAE). Effective November 3, 2020. As CAE, Ms. Palacol will be responsible for all of Globe's audit activities including oversight over internal and external audit functions. She will also head Globe's Internal Controls Division. Ms. Palacol shall report functionally to the Audit and Related Party Transactions Committee and administratively to the President and Chief Executive Officer.
