COMPLETION OF CONNECTED TRANSACTION

Reference is made to the announcements of Global Strategic Group Limited dated 6 October 2017, 31

October 2017 and 4 December 2017 (the "Announcements") in relation to, among other matters, the acquisition of the entire equity interests in ଉέτઠঐतʱ̺όঐ๕Ϟࠢʮ̡ (Shenzhen Energynt Co.

Ltd.) (the "Acquisition"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent under the Agreement have been fulfilled and completion of the Acquisition took place on 3 January 2018.
