On March 13, 2020, Global Net Lease, Inc. the company announced that Therese Antone was elected, effective immediately, as a member of the board of directors (the 'Board') and as a Class I director to serve until the company’s 2021 annual meeting of stockholders and until her successor is duly elected and qualifies. Dr. Antone was also appointed to the audit committee of the Board, for which she will act as chair, and the conflicts committee of the Board, each effective upon joining the Board.
