Global Net Lease, Inc. has declared a quarterly USD 0.5325 per share dividend on its common stock. The annualized dividend is USD 2.13 per share. Dividends on the common stock will be paid on a monthly basis on the 15th day of each month to common stock holders of record on the applicable record date of such month. GNL declared a monthly dividend of USD 0.1775 per share payable on each of January 16, 2019, February 15, 2019 and March 15, 2019 to common stock holders of record at the close of business on January 14, 2019, February 8, 2019 and March 8, 2019, respectively.
