Arris Holdings Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.15 million in funding.

Arris Holdings Inc. (CNSX:AAF/Frankfurt:O3X) announced a non-brokered private placement of 2,000,000 units at a price of CAD 0.075 per unit for gross proceeds of up to CAD 150,000 on January 3, 2013. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of CAD 0.10 per share for a period of up to two years.

The company has not disclosed if a finder's fee is payable in connection with this financing.
