The new platform enables Matilda Nepean to manage a range of integrated medical records, including: Patient medications, Observation charts and patient charts, Progress notes, Patient allergies, Handover notes, Patient assessment forms, E-orders and e-results, Patient journey/bedboard, Outcome measurement collection.
