Aquino as Member of Corporate Governance Committee and Rollence Elloyd S. Chiusinco as Member of Corporate Governance Committee. Cresencio P. Aquino as Chairman of Board Risk Oversight Committee, Jesus B. Varela as Member of Board Risk Oversight Committee and Kevin Andrew L. Tan as Member of Board Risk Oversight Committee. Cresencio P.
