On December 1, 2017, Michael J. Blodnick, a director of Glacier Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Glacier Bank, notified the Company and the Bank of his decision to retire from service as a director effective December 31, 2017. Mr. Blodnick has served as a director of the Company and the Bank for over 24 years.
