Gexeed Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3719) entered into an agreement to acquire 5% stake in XYEED Co., Ltd. from Daisuke Tanaka for ¥0.5 million on December 9, 2020. Gexeed Co., Ltd. will acquire 10 shares and will hold 100% stake in XYEED Co., Ltd. post completion of the transaction. The transaction is expected to complete on December 23, 2020. The impact of the transaction on Gexeed Co., Ltd.'s business results for the fiscal year ending December 2020 will be minor.
