Notes its healthcare businesses are completing their gradual organic return to pre-pandemic levels of activity, while its non-healthcare businesses' continued strong performance is supported by the strength of the Georgian economy.

Explains the NAV growth was further supported by share buybacks for the management trust and the GEL's appreciation against the US dollar. Believes the company is well positioned to deliver consistent NAV per share growth over the medium to long term while also continuing to make significant progress on key strategic priorities.
