Genting Hong Kong Limited Announces Resignation of Tan Boon Seng as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee

Genting Hong Kong Limited announced that Mr. Tan Boon Seng has resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director of the company with effect from 10 January 2013, due to his personal affairs. Upon his resignation as an Independent Non-executive Director of the company, Mr. Tan also ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Board with effect from 10 January 2013.
